This is later the same day as the previous page. Actually, now I can't remember if this is the same juvenile, or the new one (that I suspect will be the mate).

Regardless, s/he landed rather conveniently on a log close to me. As I was making my way towards it, some boys with skimboards were coming up to him, and I could see they would get there before me. I called to them, pointed at the eagle then pointed at my camera. They very kindly moved away so I could get these rather nice shots
